“Jake was wonderful! He answered the phone (rare these days) and listened to my concerns and was able to come out to the property the same day and remedy the issue! Very professional, fair price and quick. He was very helpful explaining how the sewer drain works and after he jetted the drain he sent us a video within minutes! I would give 10 stars to this company. I also loved that he gave a price over the phone! Great job and thank you!”

“Jake was fast to come out, gave time updates of his arrival, professional, got the job done. Gave a good explanation about the problem, and has fair prices. Also was transparent about his pricing over the phone before even coming out (when two other companies refused to). No brainer, he's got my business. Highly recommend”

“Jake is amazing. My main line was clogged and backing up. I called Jake and he came out within one hour. He has the best price for this service and provides video of the pipe issues. This company should be your first call if you have clog.”

“Had sewer line inspected and cleaned from house to main line. Called in the morning, Jake came out same day. Work was completed efficiently and I was provided a post-cleaning video from camera scope.”

“I recently experienced a backed up drain in my home that required professional service. I found Jacob during a search and he reached out to me within minutes and luckily he was available. He was prompt and courteous, giving me an assessment of the problem and explained how he was going to resolve it. I was quoted a fair price up front and even though it took a little more effort and time, he stuck to that price. I did pay him more because I felt he deserved it for his time. Definitely recommend Water Snake Drain Service.”

“I looked at the reviews and I was convinced this was the service for us...This is a service which is reasonably priced for something you live with as a homeowner... slow water drains or occasionally water back that you believe requires drain cleaner.. the technician was efficient and clean while the camera proves the work is complete... The camera is a game changer.”

“Needed my storm drains cleared out, Jacob came out next day and cleared em out then went out of his way to make sure the drains exit was cleared and covered!”

“Helped me figure out exactly what was going on with my drain clog and got it handled quickly. Super knowledgeable, punctual, and pricing was very fair. Communication was solid the whole time and you can tell he knows his stuff. If you're dealing with any drain issues or a bad clog, I definitely recommend Water Snake Drain Service. Would use again for sure.”
